Villa Solstice
These Terms of Service govern inquiries, reservations, and stays at Villa Solstice, a luxury vacation rental located in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Reservations are confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of all required payments, identification details, and signed booking documents. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age and remains responsible for all occupants, visitors, and compliance with these Terms.
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees are defined in the confirmed reservation agreement. No-show departures, shortened stays, and unused nights are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Villa Solstice.
Guests accept responsibility for their own safety and that of their party during the stay. Villa Solstice is not liable for loss, theft, injury, accident, delay, or interruption resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including utility disruptions, weather events, or third-party service failures, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Guests must observe occupancy limits, quiet hours, HOA and community rules, and all safety instructions for pools, terraces, and equipment. Unauthorized events, unlawful activity, and damage beyond normal wear are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay, additional charges, or legal action.
These Terms and any related booking disputes are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the competent courts of Costa Rica for dispute resolution, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
